At WisDoma SQ, your satisfaction is our biggest honor and motivation. If you are not happy with your purchase we are willing to provide a refund and exchange service under the following conditions:
All returns and refunds must be applied within 30 days of receiving your purchase at customer@wisdomasq.com or the Contact Us page.
Please provide your order number and the reason for your return or refund. We will review your request and send you a further email if it is approved.
Returns must be in original packaging and condition with receipt,or otherwise the request will not be rejected.
The shipping charge of returns is only available for our VIP members.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at sales@wisdomasq.com. You need to provide:
Order number
Proof of purchase
Picture of damaged package or products
Correct shipping address
We will arrange a replacement for your damaged item at our cost only if it is damaged when received.
Process Time of Refunds
Once your return is received and investigated, you will received an email once a decision of the refund is made. This normally will take 5-10 buesiness days for us to process.
But it may take another processing time for your payment bank to deal with the refund. Please contact your bank for further details.
